Service： Terrible service. Product lost on first delivery. After having to argue with the seller they promised to replace the missing items on the next order. Paid for shipping twice and the 15 item were still missing on the second order. Nightmare to deal with. Don't want to take responsibility for anything. I'm out $1000 at least.  Delivery：Product is not packaged well and its lost in shipment. Seller refused accountability.  Quality：Product itself is not great qualty. Its rough, piles and its spliced which is cheap looking. Seller will nickle and dime you on every chance they get, whethere its logo on bag, or even instructions if you want your own. Makes no sense as their instructions are included and there is no additional cost of prep, ink or paper if you submit your own. By the time you get it how you want it you will pay much more that other firms. I prepaid for custom bags just to find out they had defects and couldnt finish production. Terrible to deal with. Stay away!
